‍Going live in the Faraway Bae app is restricted to certain users only like the host, present and past baes, present and past contestants and some special guests. 

What should I do if I am experiencing technical issues with the app?
‍We work hard to ensure the app runs smoothly for all users. If you are experiencing issues within the app, please try these brief troubleshooting steps:-Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app.-Make sure that you’re using a strong WiFi connection, if possible.-Close down all other apps that you have open.-Shut down your phone and restart.If you’re still having issues, contact us at info@farawaybae. Please tell us what the problem is, as well as your username, device, and operating system.

What are pinned comments in a live broadcast?
‍You can highlight your comments in gold in the chat rooms and in live video broadcasts, and increase your chances of getting noticed by the broadcaster and other fans. Pinned comments also stay on top of the chat for a period of time.

What are coins for in the app?
‍Coins are our virtual in-app currency that you can purchase in order to participate in some of our extra features. As a reminder, you’re not required to make any purchases in order to enjoy the app.Some ways to use your coins:Send animations to broadcastersjoin a broadcast as a video guestjoin a broadcast as an audio guest.

We don't moderate the app, so we don't always see inappropriate comment unless we're notified.
